Kay Pharmacy really came through for one of our kiddos! They were the only one, of two or three, pharmacies in town that had a generic medicine. They took their time walking my wife through all of our options, then when we had more questions they spoke with us again. They gave us a great price on what we needed. We will be using them instead of the other, big box grocery store. The customer service is top notch!!

Pros: 1. Fast fills. Antibiotics were ready for me when by the time I got there from urgent care. 2. Friendly staff 3. Pharmacist started to greet me by name by my second or third visit 4. Same cost to me as wallgreens without long waits and a constant influx of new staff who don’t know how to do their jobs well. Cons: 1. Generic meds only… so i have to get one drug at meijer every 3 months. Boo freaking hoo. Honestly- if you live in the creston area- these should be your pharmacists.

This is such a great pharmacy, the staff started recognizing me by the second time I came in and I’ve always had great service here. The staff seems to really care about any questions or concerns I might have. I switched to this pharmacy from a chain pharmacy and it’s such a better experience and with much shorter wait times. Thanks for all that y’all do!

This is a family-owned, locally-owned business. My family and I have been customers of theirs for decades. I've always been treated with wonderful courtesy and helpfulness. I love the free home delivery, especially as I have started to become disabled over the past few years. Thanks, Mike, and everyone else at Kay for being a part of our community.

The staff treats you like a person, not just another prescription to rush through. I stop in every now and then just to talk to the pharmacist about random health things and have always been offered great advice and products to try. If they don't have it in their store to sell, they give recommendations on the best places to get what you need! Have transferred my prescriptions to here because the staff is so great!

This pharmacy has the nicest staff. The people here genuinely care for you and are so helpful. They go above and beyond. My father has been getting his medications through them for years and they have been so helpful and attentive. My husband started to recently get his medication here as well and he always tells me how pleasant is to talk to the staff here and how heard he feels about his concerns. Thank you for always being so nice!

I always send my prescriptions here! I love being so close to a good local pharmacy rather than needing to rely on a big chain. Everything is always filled super fast, and the folks working there are always great!

I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy! It's a family-owned business and clear from the moment you walk in that they genuinely care about their customers- a rare find compared to many other many businesses today! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they actually remember who you are! Such a refreshing experience. :)

Kay Pharmacy is truly the best in Grand Rapids. I know that I'll get my meds delivered on time + the right amount of medications and the staff is soo nice! They even helped with one of my prescriptions & delivered it free as a favor since there was an issue with insurance which I'm truly grateful for. It is easy to request med refills on the Rx Local app. Seriously, this is who you should go to if you're looking for a pharmacy that won't let you down and it's family owned which is even better. Highly recommend & will never go back to any corporate pharmacy around here as long as Kay Pharmacy exists
